Dr. Jyoti Shinde

Dr. Jyoti Shinde-Khamkar serves as the Principal of SSSPM’s Arts, Commerce and Science Junior College, Wakad. With qualifications spanning education, management and research — M.Ed., Ph.D., NET, and MBA — she brings a rare combination of academic depth and institutional leadership.

Under her guidance, the college has developed into a student-focused learning environment that balances rigorous academics with co-curricular growth, career counselling, and holistic development activities throughout the year.

She leads with the conviction that every student has the potential to succeed, and that the college’s role is to provide the environment, mentorship and resources to help each one flourish.
