from on-demand reference assistance to digital resource access.
📖 Reference Services
On-demand reference service is provided to students and faculty members by using open-source resources on the internet and reference books. Library staff assist users in locating specific information quickly and efficiently.
🔄 Circulation Services
Issue and return of reading material including books, journals, periodicals, project reports, multimedia and more. Governed by a clear 7-day loan period with defined borrowing limits per student category.
🌐 Internet Facility for E-Resources
Ten dedicated computers with internet connection are provided to students and faculty for accessing e-resources such as e-journals, online digital libraries, research databases and academic portals.
🤝 Inter-Library Loan Service
The institute holds memberships with the National Digital Library, British Library, and Gokhale Institute of Politics and Economics (GIPE), Pune — enabling access to resources beyond our own collection.
🔍 Literature Search Service
A service through which relevant research articles and academic literature are searched by library staff and delivered to users via email — saving valuable time for students and faculty engaged in research.
📢 Information Display & Notification
Library information such as new arrivals, library rules, list of journals, notices, FAQs and more are regularly displayed on the Library Notice Board — keeping students informed and updated at all times.
🖥️ OPAC — Online Public Access Catalogue
The OPAC system enables library users to search the entire book database by Title, Author and Publication — making it easy to locate any resource in the collection instantly.
🖨️ Reprographic Service
Reprographic (photocopying/printing) services are available within the library premises for students and faculty who need physical copies of reference material, notes or research content.
